Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

·      Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

·      Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

·      Ensure designs align with client requirements, project feasibility, and budgets.

Coordination & Documentation

·      Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for seamless project execution.

·      Prepare architectural documentation for approvals, permits, and client presentations.

·      Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project correspondences.

Site Management & Execution

·      Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design implementation as per plans.

·      Provide solutions for on-site design issues or changes.

·      Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to resolve design discrepancies.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

·      Participate in client meetings and presentations.

·      Incorporate feedback and revisions while ensuring project timelines are met.

·      Assist in finalizing materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with design intent.

Requirements

·      Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

·      1 – 5 years of experience in residential architectural design.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.

·      Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

·      Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
