Architect

As a Principle Engineer - Salesforce Development at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will be expected to develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Additionally, you will work closely with other Salesforce professionals to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and custom applications. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Skills Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce application development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and customization.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-related technologies such as Salesforce APIs and web services.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.
• Must Display Adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
