Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive the delivery of team goals and contribute to defining objectives and technical strategies across multiple teams.
Take ownership of overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment of impactful systems.
Design and implement scalable backend solutions addressing technical and business challenges.
Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
Make informed trade-offs when solving novel problems, considering technical and business implications.
Represent your team in design reviews, approve critical designs, and contribute to group-wide architectural decisions.
Proactively identify and address group-level challenges, enabling scalable and innovative solutions.
Share ownership in validating quality and delivery standards, and mentor engineers for professional growth.
Actively participate in mentoring, onboarding, and hiring processes for new engineers.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Expertise in RabbitMQ for messaging and integration
Strong experience with .NET framework for backend development
Hands-on knowledge of Kafka for real-time data streaming
Ability to design scalable, high-performance backend solutions
Experience in architecture and system design of enterprise-level applications

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
