ARCHITECT

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans for construction projects under the guidance of senior architects, ensuring they meet client requirements and local building codes.
  
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide design solutions with the support and supervision of experienced architects.
  
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects.
  
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
  
• Support senior architects in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Contribute to feasibility studies and site analysis to assess project viability.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
  
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software under the guidance of senior architects to create and modify architectural drawings.
  
• Seek guidance and learning opportunities from senior architects to provide technical expertise.
  
• Collaborate with the team on quality control and assurance throughout the construction process.
  
• Experience in architectural design of steel building is an added advantage.
  

• Eagerness to learn and develop strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices.
  
• Willingness to gain proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
  
• Developing project management skills under the mentorship of experienced architects.
  
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations (entry-level knowledge).
