ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
• Design innovative structures and create detailed blueprints using manual sketches and design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Prepare and present proposals, feasibility reports, and design concepts.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Respond to and resolve technical or design challenges during construction.
• Required Qualifications and Skills
• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).Or B.Sc. in Residential Space Design and Management
• Experience with architectural design and construction process.
• Proficiency in CAD software and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
