Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectwith hands-on experience in site management to design & oversee architectural & interior projects. The candidate should combine strong design skills with practical knowledge of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop designs, layouts, and working drawings for projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution
• Manage site activities, quality control, and timelines
• Prepare BOQs, material selections, and progress reports
• Ensure design intent is maintained during on-site construction

Requirements:

• B.Arch degree
• 3–4 years’ experience in architecture/interior design projects
• Knowledge of site management and construction processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
