As an Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of core modules and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for our cutting-edge platform powered by Generative AI. Your deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and passion for innovation in GenAI-assisted engineering will be key in shaping the future of application modernization and development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and guide the development of core modules and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using .NET Full Stack, Angular, and Azure. - Define and evolve technical strategies, frameworks, and reference architectures for GenAI-powered development. - Lead R&D initiatives to integrate Generative AI capabilities for application modernization and intelligent code generation. - Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI outputs for development workflows. - Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across all tiers (UI, API, Data). - Champion automation in unit testing and enforce best practices in generated code quality. - Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, cloud-native development, and modernization strategies. - Mentor senior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. - Expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework (API, backend services), Angular, and Azure Cloud Services. - Proven track record in full-stack architecture and enterprise-grade solution design. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in R&D, prototyping, and evaluating emerging technologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and unit testing frameworks. **Preferred Competencies:** - Experience in application modernization and legacy system transformation. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Understanding of AI ethics, data security, and compliance in AI-driven development.
