ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities

Ø Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budgets.

Ø Design innovative structures and create detailed blueprints using manual sketches and design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

Ø Prepare and present proposals, feasibility reports, and design concepts.

Ø Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Ø Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

Ø Oversee project management, including cost estimates, timelines, and site inspections to ensure adherence to plans.

Ø Respond to and resolve technical or design challenges during construction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Ø Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Ø Experience with architectural design and construction process.

Ø Proficiency in CAD software and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Ø Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
