a leading real estate company in Kerala, engaged in sales and construction for high-rise apartments, shopping malls, and luxury villas having projects in Trivandrum, Kochi, Thrissur, Guruvayoor, and Palakkad, also we are into project management consultancy, to handle star hotels, amusement parks ,warehouses, structures in heavy steel and light gauge steel, operating in India and abroad. we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the industry. We are currently looking for a junior architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will get exposure in our projects and need to assist his seniors. This role combines creative design work with practical engineering knowledge to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans for construction projects under the guidance of senior architects, ensuring they meet client requirements and local building codes.
  
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide design solutions with the support and supervision of experienced architects.
  
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects.
  
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
  
• Support senior architects in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Contribute to feasibility studies and site analysis to assess project viability.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
  
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software under the guidance of senior architects to create and modify architectural drawings.
  
• Seek guidance and learning opportunities from senior architects to provide technical expertise.
  
• Collaborate with the team on quality control and assurance throughout the construction process.
  
• Experience in architectural design of steel building is an added advantage.
