Job Summary:

ITOM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ITOM implementations across client environments.
• Design and architect scalable solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules:

• Discovery

• Service Mapping

• Event Management

• Cloud Management

• CMDB

  and related integrations
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and create high-level solution designs.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow and ITOM best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise in workshops, presales, and POCs.
• Ensure integration of third-party systems with ServiceNow.
• Mentor junior developers and solution consultants on ITOM capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform owners to support performance optimization, updates, and governance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  8+ years

  of experience in IT Operations or Enterprise IT tools.
• Minimum

  5+ years

  hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow ITOM

  modules.
• Deep expertise in

  ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB design

  , and

  Service Mapping

  .
• Strong understanding of

  mid-server configuration

  ,

  patterns

  ,

  credentials

  , and

  data sources

• Proven experience in

  Event Management

  and integrations with tools like

  SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, SCOM, etc.

• Experience in integrating with

  Cloud platforms

• Knowledge of

  ITIL

• ServiceNow certifications preferred:
