Must Have Skills

• Highly experienced Product mindset, with majority of work R&D experience working with core technologies in C++, Java, microservices, API, SaaS product development. Siemens PLM experience will be preferred
• Design and define the overall architecture of the application, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and document high-level technical designs, architecture blueprints, and integration strategies.
• Define best practices and standards for the development team to follow, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks, ensuring they meet project requirements for performance, scalability, and security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experienced in developing & deploying applications on Cloud (Any one of AWS & Azure)
• Experienced in identifying, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experienced leading the solution architecture across R&D projects including system design and ensuring full alignment with project requirements.
• Managed entire development lifecycle from PI to Release, ensuring timely release with high-quality code.

Good to have

• Collaborate on business development by creating value-driven use cases, participating in demos, and contributing to proposals.
• Support pre-sales activities, bid preparation, and project estimation with tailored engineering solutions
• Knowledge of siemens products and integration frameworks
• PLM (BMIDE, SOA, ITK, AWC etc.),
• ALM (Polarion & its core connector products),
• Manufacturing Planning & Simulation (MPP, Process Planner, Tecnomatix), Manufacturing operation Management (In Plant Logistics, OpsCenter),
• Industry & Process Automation,
• Sustainability
• Mendix

Qualification

• Minimum of 15 yrs of experience in R&D and product development. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecting and developing complex web applications.
• Master’s in computer science / or any other relevant domain required for software development
• SAFe Certified.
