Inspired by the craftsmanship, elegance, and client-focused execution, we deliver refined, functional, and bespoke design solutions that elevate experiences.   Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Architect with robust experience in interior fit-out and furnishing, ideally from the hospitality and residential sector. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed furniture drawings, working collaboratively with design and execution teams, and ensuring every project reflects quality, precision, and design integrity.   Responsibilities ·        Lead architectural design for interior fit-out projects (hotels, restaurants, resorts, commercial installations). ·        Prepare detailed furniture drawings, joinery details, elevations, and sections for site execution. ·        Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, carpenters, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation. ·        Manage all design stages—concept, schematic, presentation, and execution documentation. ·        Translate concept designs into working drawings, specifying materials, finishes, and hardware. ·        Coordinate with project stakeholders to align design details with brand, budget, and timeline. ·        Provide site visits and support during installation to ensure design intent is maintained.   Ideal Candidate Qualifications 5+ years of experience in interior architecture or fit-out projects, especially within the hospitality domain. Strong portfolio showcasing furnishing details, furniture layouts, bespoke joinery, and execution drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD, or other architectural drafting tools; 3D visualization skills (3ds Max) are a plus. Excellent understanding of materials, hardware, construction detailing, and finishes. Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
