Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller located in Hyderabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing unpaid and denied claims, following up with insurance companies, identifying and resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the AR Caller will ensure timely collection of payments, provide support to the billing department, and communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to resolve account discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and billing procedures
• Experience in analyzing unpaid and denied claims and following up with insurance companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Proficiency in using billing software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
