Job Summary:

AR Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies (payers) to follow up on pending or denied medical claims.
• Understand and analyze claim denials, rejections, and payment delays.
• Update the claim status and call outcome accurately in the billing software.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resubmissions.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific metrics and quality standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy as per process requirements.
• Follow HIPAA compliance and company confidentiality policies.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Good listening and analytical abilities.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare terms (training will be provided).
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and data entry).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in

  night shifts

  (US time zone).

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, MBA, etc.)
• Non-technical and life science graduates preferred (optional depending on company policy).

Training & Support:

• Comprehensive training on US healthcare RCM process, claim lifecycle, and AR calling procedures.
• Ongoing performance feedback and process updates.

Salary:
