Job Description

Position

About the Role

AR Caller

Key Responsibilities

Make
outbound calls
to insurance companies (Payers) to
follow up on pending claims
.
Review claims denied / underpaid and
take necessary action
(re-submission / appeal).
Understand
EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
and interpret denial codes.
Update the system with accurate notes based on call outcomes.
Work on
aged AR reports
to reduce outstanding balances.
Coordinate with internal teams (coding, billing) to resolve escalations.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity & quality targets.
Ensure compliance with
HIPAA regulations
and maintain patient data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
in English (US accent preferred).
Knowledge of
US healthcare RCM process
(Insurance, AR, Denials, Billing).
Ability to analyze claims, EOBs, denial reasons, and problem-solving attitude.
Good typing speed and basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Flexible to work in night shifts (US process)
.
Fresher or experienced candidates with healthcare AR experience are welcome.
