Job Description

Looking for a motivated AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve their queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports of accounts receivable transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
