AR ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

• Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment from customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing issues.
