Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 0-1 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely payment.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and payment history.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
