Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hospitality and tourism, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Assist in managing front desk operations, including handling reservations and check-in procedures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer
Skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
