Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Trainee to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct farm visits in coffee-growing regions to collect geospatial data.
Draw and document field polygons using mobile or GIS-based tools.
Maintain and organize data records accurately in Excel.
Assist in preparatory and brainstorming sessions with the project team.
Support the main team in project coordination and follow-up activities.
Travel extensively in rural and hilly coffee plantation zones.

Job Requirements

Technical knowledge related to food safety, especially in HACCP.
Timely efficiency and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute.
B.Tech in Food Technology / B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology / Related fields.
Hands-on experience in a professional environment.
