Apprentice - Employee Experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic apprentice to join our Employee Experience team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and process improvement projects. The apprentice will support the team in enhancing employee lifecycle experiences and contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and documenting all stages of employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit - with care and precision.

• Ensuring employees’ personal and professional details are accurately entered and maintained in our systems.

• Maintaining up-to-date employee records and trackers so employees’ information is always accessible and secure.

• Managing personnel files and data to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Collaborating with internal teams to keep employees informed about HR-related updates and initiatives.

• Generating important documents like offer letters, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and experience certificates.

• Resolving queries related to salary and Employee Self-Service (ESS) with prompt and friendly support.

• Following up on key milestones like confirmation, contract renewals, and retirement to keep your journey seamless.

• Contributing to digitization and process improvements to make employees’ interactions with HR smoother and more efficient.

• Supporting the appraisal process through SAP to ensure employees’ growth and contributions are recognized.

• Using AI and Analytics to enhance employee experience
