Job Description

You are an experienced Support Manager who is ITIL certified and has 12-16 years of experience. You will be responsible for leading the Maintenance and Support Team, ensuring timely resolution of client issues, and managing daily support operations. In this role, you will oversee support team performance, manage escalations, collaborate with other teams, and monitor KPIs to prepare regular performance reports. Your responsibilities also include identifying and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for projects, driving improvements in support processes and tools, and acting as the primary escalation point. You should have proven experience in technical application maintenance and support projects, strong understanding of RAID management and issue escalation handling, as well as strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with support tools such as Jira and Service Now is required. It is also beneficial to have technical knowledge or hands-on experience in Java, Sprint Boot, .Net, Python, Unix/Linux systems, and AWS. The role is based in Pune with a work from the office for 3 days a week in UK shift timing from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Immediate joiners are preferred.,
