Application Support Executive

Application & System Support

• Manage and support Hospital Management System (HMS/EMR) and other critical software applications.
• Configure user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions for Qatar staff

IT Infrastructure & Network Support

• Monitor network, servers, and cloud systems remotely.
• Ensure seamless connectivity for Qatar operations.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures and updates.

Data Management & Backup

• Maintain centralized storage of patient records, HR, and financial data.
• Schedule automated backups and ensure data recovery protocols are in place.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Software & License Maintenance

• Install, update, and manage software licenses.
• Apply security patches and system updates remotely.

Remote IT Helpdesk

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT and application issues.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Provide guidance to staff for system usage and troubleshooting.

Reporting & Coordination

• Generate weekly/monthly IT and application performance reports.
• Communicate regularly with Qatar management regarding system status, incidents, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in application support, IT administration, or healthcare IT preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of hospital or enterprise applications (HMS/EMR, billing software).
• Proficiency in network, server, and cloud system basics.
• Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data backup protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
