Job Overview

An Application Support Executive is responsible for providing support for software applications and assisting users in resolving issues. They engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with other teams to enhance the software. 


Responsibilities and Duties


·        Provide support for software applications, addressing user queries and resolving issues efficiently.

·        Analyze application functionality to identify areas for improvement.

·        Determine the root cause of application errors and implement effective solutions.

·        Collaborate with customers and software development teams to enhance application functionality and performance.

·        Coordinate with customers to identify improvement areas and propose appropriate solutions.

·        Escalate issues and challenges to senior teams or relevant stakeholders as necessary.

·        Participate in onboarding activities for new customers.


Qualifications

·        Education:

o  Any Graduation in computer science or information technology

·        Experience:

o  0 to 1 years in any software development activities

·        Skills:

o  Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking

o  Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

o  Capable of working under pressure and adhering to deadlines

o  Knowledgeable in software development principles and methodologies

o  Understanding of customer service operations

o  Familiarity with software quality assurance

o  Aptitude for comprehending and documenting business/application requirements
