Interested candidates kindly mail us your resume on kunal.khanderia@everestspices.com Role & responsibilities 1) Study, get trained and learn about the working of the company's enterprise business process automation software products like Distributor Management System, Salesforce etc. and related Mobile Applications. 2) Provide software support by understanding issues reported by Internal and external customers and provide appropriate solutions. 3) Provide online and on-premises training and implementation support on company's software products to end users. 4) Coordinate with the external product engineering and operations team and get customer complaints resolved within relevant timelines. 5) Contribute in the improvement of software products by providing feedback to the external product engineering team. 6) Assist end users in migration of legacy data during implementation of software. 7) Track bugs reported by end users of software products and get these resolved by coordinating with the product engineering team. 8) Sound technical knowledge to compare and test output of software products. 9) Use standard mechanism to keep track of the issues reported by customers and resolutions thereof. 10) Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and taking feedback from end users of software. Requirements 1) Knowledge of any Business Software like: Distributor Management System, Salesforce or any ERP / SCM/ CRM Business application. 2) Ability to quickly learn the software product and Business functionalities. 3) Must have extensive Technical Knowledge and the ability to grasp new software features. 4) Must be able to effectively communicate and work with the internal team. 5) Good in analysis, investigation and resolving technical issues. 6) Good knowledge of MS Office software, particularly MS Excel. 7) Ability to work independently with full ownership. 8) Must have a pleasant personality and be patient by nature. Good listening ability. 9) Should possess good communication skills in spoken and written English. 10) Should have an attitude to serve customers and assist them in effectively using the company's software products Preferred candidate profile Knowledge in DMS/SFA / Field Assist Salesforce Application an added advantage Graduate degree in Science / Technology or Diploma in Software Development / IT
