Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees in adopting and effectively using the Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and other internal tools.
  • Resolve support tickets promptly to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle user administration, including user management and access controls.
  • Conduct user training and daily troubleshooting support.
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and self-learning abilities for new platforms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree (B.Com or any graduate degree).
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Comfortable learning new technical systems independently and managing challenging customer support scenarios.
