Job Description

What will your role look like

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of production systems and minimize downtime.
Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities following ITIL best practices.
Drive root cause analysis and ensure long-term fixes for recurring issues.
Provide support during EST timezone and ensure timely response to business-critical escalations.
