We’re Hiring: Application & Support Specialist Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 2–5 Years | Full-Time Role Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST) | Hybrid Mode Are you passionate about customer success, data, and technology? What You’ll Be Doing: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Develop reports and configure customer-specific solutions. Troubleshoot integrations and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform data verification, reconciliation, and modeling. Work with SQL (T-SQL or equivalent) for complex data tasks. Take ownership of support cases and deliver within SLAs. Engage directly with clients and ensure high-quality service. What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of relevant experience. Background in the financial services domain . Hands-on experience with ERP or Decision Support Systems. Strong command of T-SQL or similar database languages. Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English. Interested?
