You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution.- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise network operations.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Ensure compliance with established ITIL processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Network Infrastructures.- Strong understanding of network fundamentals.- Experience with Cisco WiFi and network infrastructures.- Hands-on experience with Cisco certifications such as CCNA and CCNP.- Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A Graduate Degree is required.
