Exigo is looking for Full-time Application Support Consultant


About the Role:

We are seeking an Application Support Consultant with expertise in Product Information Management (Developed on PHP), WooCommerce, PHP, SQL, Azure Monitoring, and Microsoft technologies, along with QA testing skills. The resource will provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, RCA, QA validation/Unit testing, and enhancements to ensure system stability, business continuity, and smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Troubleshoot and optimize PHP / open source based applications.
  • Manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and data fixes.
  • Monitor system health with Azure Monitoring (alerts, logs, dashboards).
  • Develop, Support and validate APIs & integrations with Business Central and other systems.
  • Perform QA validation/Unit Testing: sanity checks, data validation post-fix.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams for requirement/issue understanding
  • Automate workflows and support small enhancements via Power Automate & Power Apps.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
  • Maintain documentation: Incidents, RCA reports, test results, and knowledge base articles.
  • Preferred: ITIL-based Incident/Change Management.
  • Mandatory for all to follow the norms defined in ISMS 27001

    Product Information Management (Developed on PHP), WooCommerce, PHP, Open-source Frameworks (WordPress, WooCommerce Plugins, Laravel), MySQL /PostGre /SQL (Queries, Joins, Tuning, Stored Procedures), REST APIs / Web Services, Azure Monitoring (Logs, Alerts, Dashboards), Power Automate, Power Apps, Workflow Automations, Data Integrations [Optional/Preferred] ZEND, Laravel
  • QA / Testing Skills:

    Sanity Checks after fixes, Regression Testing, API/Data Validation, Basic Test Case Execution, Defect Logging & Closure, Data Accuracy Validation


Soft Skills:

  • Strong technical skills, good communication and troubleshooting skills, and an agile mindset.

Education: Bachelors / Masters -B.Tech / M.Tech / B.C.A / M.C.A
