Your main responsibilities and qualifications required for this role are as follows: **Role Overview:** You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing digital offerings and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences by harnessing cutting-edge technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Degree in information systems or computer science or any equivalent. - 5-7 years of strong experience in L2 Application Support is a must. - Strong experience in working and monitoring Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems. - Proficiency with database management systems such as Oracle PL/SQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL. - Proven experience in scripting technologies like Unix Scripting, SQL, Batch script, Python. - Working knowledge of scheduling tools like Autosys, Unix Cron, Windows Scheduler, etc. - Familiarity with Networking and Firewalls connectivity, SFTP-SSH keys setup, and DR Resiliency processes. - Working knowledge of monitoring tools like Geneos ITRS, AppDynamics, etc. - Excellent knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Change & Problem Management). - Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with key stakeholders and senior management. - Proven experience in driving major incidents to resolution by owning end-to-end incident recovery and stakeholder communication. - Flexibility to work in APAC/UK/US shifts and weekends for on-call work as per the rotating on-call coverage plan. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of IB Business with a clear understanding of trade lifecycle. - Familiarity with Integration technologies like Solace, MQ, Kafka, etc. - Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, API, Cloud technologies, CSM, Cyberark. **Additional Details:** This role is based in Pune.
