Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application projects and fostering a collaborative environment for your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide support to projects across Scenario Stress Testing area within Risk IT organization - Create, maintain, oversee and track Stress Testing JIRA runbooks and coordinate with all IT and Business stakeholders - Work closely with the project team, senior managers, auditors, stakeholders, IT and other project groups to meet project deliverables - Explore different data sets to produce customized reports - In-depth technical analysis of Incidents impacting Regulatory Reporting and liaison with IT and Business SMEs to drive prompt resolution Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in technical support & data management, particularly in the Financial Sector and/or IT - Experienced with Agile and relevant tools such as JIRA (5+ years), Confluence, Sharepoint and GIT among others. - Experience in Risk and L3 support - Solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines - Good understanding of operational processes and project methodology - Familiarity with Banking regulatory framework, audit and reporting standards - Experience working with in-house and vendor software for technical analysis, debugging and data analysis - Great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels - Willingness to onboard any type of tasks and Incident resolution as driven by business and regulatory needs in a friendly environment with a can-do attitude - Technical acumen and desire to become SME in all relevant fields - Skilled specially, but not exclusively, with SQL, Zeus, MEG, Cloud and the suite of Stress Testing application within UBS - Ambitious about learning new technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
