Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities Generate opportunities and create customized value-added solutions. Develop and implement customized and unique engineering solutions. Perform application reviews on complex machines and equipment. Create application engineering proposals tailored to customer requirements. Monitor competitor product and technical developments. Address customer pain points with innovative solutions to improve performance. Provide feedback to product and application teams for new product/service development. Transfer advanced engineering knowledge within the organization. Represent the company at customer sites, seminars, and fairs. Conduct root cause analysis of bearing-related problems. Develop and deliver internal and external technical training. Manage customer approvals and monitor prototype testing. Maintain close relationships with customer engineering teams. Participate in Design FMEA & Process FMEA as the voice of the customer. Competencies & Skills Mechanical Engineering knowledge, especially in Design, Application Engineering, or Maintenance. Experience working with OE (Original Equipment) or End users. Result-oriented with a passion to win. Decisive thinker with clarity in action. Ability to collaborate and manage internal/external stakeholders effectively. Candidate ProfileQualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 3 to 7 years. Location: Pune.
