• Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. 5
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. 6
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required
  

• Provide expert guidance on the selection and application of valves and actuators to meet customer requirements. 2
• Assist customers in integrating valve and actuator products into their systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. 3
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and address any issues or concerns. 4
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications and quality standards. 5
• Conduct training sessions and provide technical documentation to educate customers and internal teams on valve and actuator technologies. 6
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, respond to RFQs, and participate in sales presentations. 7
• Work with R&D and product management teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer interactions. 8
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with valve and actuator systems, both remotely and on-site. 9
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to valves and actuators, ensuring compliance in all applications. 10
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the engineering team.
