ey Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand customer requirements and provide application-specific technical support. Evaluate customer specifications and suggest suitable product configurations or modifications. Customize standard products or solutions to meet client-specific industrial or manufacturing needs. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards. Prepare and deliver technical documentation such as drawings, data sheets, and test reports. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving post-sales technical issues at customer sites when needed. Participate in product testing, validation, and feedback collection for continuous improvement. Support in the development and updating of product manuals and training materials. Keep abreast of industry trends, standards, and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent). 2–4 years of experience in an application engineering, product development, or technical support role within a manufacturing/industrial company. Strong understanding of mechanical components, manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, sheet metal), and engineering design principles.
