Application Engineer

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance on CATIA and other CAD/CAE Applications, troubleshooting issues, resolving design-related problems, and addressing product-related inquiries. You will also manage software licenses, handle software installations and updates, and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing software tools like Microsoft Office Suite. Your role will require a strong technical background in the automotive industry, encompassing an in-depth knowledge of design methodologies, systems, and applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should possess problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve technical issues critically and analytically. In addition, you will be expected to deliver technical trainings to R&D users, exhibit strong presentation skills, manage vendors efficiently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Maintaining technical documentation, product manuals, and training materials for R&D users will be part of your regular responsibilities.
