Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer to provide technical expertise and application support for our medical equipment portfolio.

Technical Support and Consultation

• Provide expert-level technical support and application guidance to customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders
• Assess customer clinical needs and recommend optimal equipment configurations and solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with manufacturers for advanced support when needed
• Develop and optimize clinical protocols and application workflows for various medical equipment
• Serve as primary technical resource during pre-sale and post-sale phases
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for equipment installations
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for physicians, technicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
• Showcase equipment capabilities, features, and clinical applications in various healthcare settings
• Present technical specifications and performance data to clinical and technical audiences
• Support sales team during customer presentations and proposal development
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for new equipment installations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal equipment utilization
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to sales and management teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training sessions, and technical support activities
• Document equipment performance issues and resolution outcomes
• Work closely with sales team to support the entire sales cycle from demonstration to installation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
