Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of Apple products, especially MacBook, iPad & Mac. Candidate should have experienced in dealing with VIP customer support, corporate segments. End to End Pre-sales activities around Apple technologies. MDM (Intune & JAMF) experience / knowledge is mandatory. Should be visiting to customers for Demo whenever required. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client. Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.
