Role Summary


The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of J2 Vestures, ensuring exceptional client experience, efficient order management, reliable sourcing, and flawless execution. This role is critical to maintaining our standards of quality, compliance, and customer-centricity. The ideal candidate is process-driven, tech-savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients from onboarding to post-delivery support
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve queries, and proactively address client needs
  • Order Management:
  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle using our digital platform (from enquiry, quotation, and approvals to delivery)
  • Ensure accurate documentation, timely updates, and transparent communication with clients and internal teams
  • Sourcing & Supplier Management:
  • Liaise with vetted manufacturing partners to ensure timely procurement of materials and production
  • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers that meet quality and compliance standards
  • Maintain multiple backup partners to mitigate capacity or quality risks
  • Execution & Logistics:
  • Coordinate sampling, production, quality checks, and shipment
  • Track lead times (10–60 days) and manage exceptions or delays
  • Ensure all products meet quality guarantees and compliance requirements
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Support the integration of new digital features and workflow tools


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or B2B apparel/textile industry (preferred)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working with digital order management platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, OEKO-TEX) is a plus
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment
