Job Role Summary:

The App Script Developer & Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications using Google Apps Script based on organizational requirements. Alongside development activities, the role involves analyzing business data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The candidate will work closely with various departments to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and provide analytical support through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development (Apps Script):

• Develop, maintain, and update applications using Google Apps Script.

• Automate workflows across Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

• Create custom functions, triggers, APIs, and integrations with external systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve script-related issues and bugs.

• Optimize existing scripts for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

Data Analysis:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources such as Google Sheets, CRM, and internal databases.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.

• Support management with data-driven recommendations for process improvement and strategy.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.

• Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Google Apps Script development and/or data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (Advanced formulas, App Script integration).
