We’re seeking a passionate App Developer ready to join us as a core co-founder and future CTO—not just to build our MVP, but to help shape Neurona’s long-term journey.You’ll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and scale our mobile app (MVP-first, Flutter/React Native preferred), while having an equal voice in strategic product decisions.This is a role for someone whose values, vision, and ambition align with ours—not just for the MVP, but for the next chapters ahead.---

Your Role :

Build and launch Neurona’s MVP mobile appIntegrate Calendly/bookings, therapy tools, and a payment gatewayCollaborate on user journeys and UX/UI decisionsEnsure scalability and smooth performance for growth beyond MVPContribute to long-term tech strategy as CTO---

You Should Be

Proficient in Flutter or React Native app developmentFamiliar with Firebase, Node.js, and backend API integrationsInterested in healthcare or mental healthHungry to build something meaningful and impactfulReady to take ownership and work with flexibilityComfortable with an equity-only compensation model initially (no salary before launch)---
