Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Flutter Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and other team members to create and maintain engaging, performant, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within applications, including bug fixes and performance optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of development workflows and tools.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in mobile development, preferably with Flutter and Dart.
• Skills:
• Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Basic understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
• Tools: Familiarity with Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, or similar development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A willingness to learn and improve continuously, with a passion for mobile development.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks like React Native or Xamarin.
• Knowledge of Firebase, Graph, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
