About Us : At Neurona, we’re not just building another health app. We’re on a mission to redefine how mental health is experienced and accessed—especially for the next million users in India. Neurona is an AI- and clinically backed mental health product offering engaging tools, games, and experiences tailored for Indian users. Our vision is to create a platform that’s meaningful, scalable, and impactful for millions. What We’re Looking For : We’re seeking a passionate App Developer ready to join us as a core co-founder and future CTO—not just to build our MVP, but to help shape Neurona’s long-term journey. You’ll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and scale our mobile app (MVP-first, Flutter/React Native preferred), while having an equal voice in strategic product decisions. This is a role for someone whose values, vision, and ambition align with ours—not just for the MVP, but for the next chapters ahead. --- Your Role : Build and launch Neurona’s MVP mobile app Integrate Calendly/bookings, therapy tools, and a payment gateway Collaborate on user journeys and UX/UI decisions Ensure scalability and smooth performance for growth beyond MVP Contribute to long-term tech strategy as CTO --- You Should Be Proficient in Flutter or React Native app development Familiar with Firebase, Node.js, and backend API integrations Interested in healthcare or mental health Hungry to build something meaningful and impactful Ready to take ownership and work with flexibility Comfortable with an equity-only compensation model initially (no salary before launch) --- Compensation Title: Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Equity-only role initially (no salary until app launch in the market) Salary potential after launch, with future increases post-funding High ownership, long-term growth opportunity How to Apply Email us at neuronahealth01@gmail.com or DM on LinkedIn with: Your portfolio or GitHub A short note on why you want to join Neurona and how your vision aligns with ours Your availability to start
