Role & responsibilities

Work Timings: Early Morning Shift (ANZ Time Zone)

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate ANZ Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling ANZ visa processes and be comfortable working early morning shifts to align with ANZ business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Australia & New Zealand markets, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.

Assess candidates' eligibility for ANZ work visas and guide them through the process.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in the ANZ region.

Strong understanding of ANZ work visas and compliance regulations.

Excellent communication and articulation skills.

Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with an early morning work schedule from India.
