As a Analytics Solutions Associate at JP Morgan Chase within the Chase UK team, you will play a pivotal role in our finance data transformation project. You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop a finance data platform that supports business-critical control responsibilities and decision-making. Your work will involve using modern data tools to deliver strategic solutions and insights, contributing to our global impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker and LookML.
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Work with data engineers and modelers to develop required data models.
- Present complex data in visually appealing ways to aid communication.
- Collaborate with product managers and end users to ideate and iterate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to BI solutions governance processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in Looker and LookML.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally in Finance/FinTech.
- Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
- Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a strong understanding of UX/UI design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong self-starter and highly self-motivated.

- Commercial acumen in retail banking products such as current accounts, credit cards, insurance, and mortgages.
