NSE-Graphic Designer—Hyderabad We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative design professional who is passionate about design thinking, problem-solving, and translating business priorities into compelling visual compositions. You will collaborate closely with our Belgium-based team to execute design projects across various channels. You will be responsible for creating and refining visual concepts for a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: Deliver design solutions with high visual impact that stand out in both internal and external markets. Analyze stakeholder expectations and develop highly creative, customised, high-quality deliverables adhering to Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines, meeting deadlines and client expectations for quality and creativity. Simplify complex data points into visually appealing infographics. Develop creative storyboards, initial graphic concepts, visual themes, illustrations, and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials. Have the creative thinking skills to create new and original design visuals starting from a mood board briefing. Create wireframes, screen flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Collaborate closely with our Belgium-based team to execute design projects across various media. You will be responsible for creating and refining visual concepts for a diverse portfolio of clients. Work closely with other creative professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions. Qualifications—Required skills: Extensive working experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint). Working experience and knowledge of user experience prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Strong conceptualization and storyboarding skills. Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with an excellent portfolio of work. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred skills: Strong client management and relationship-building skills. Keen eye for small details, such as alignment, consistency, and precision. Quality control and review of projects before finalizing deliverables. Strong sense of aesthetics, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Good project and stakeholder management skills. Work experience 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
