Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Control teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Deliver end-to-end solutions for manual or fragmented month-end reporting activities.
Support redesign of reporting architecture with a future-ready, scalable perspective.
Drive transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and process scalability.
Work cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet business, risk, and control standards.
Contribute to broader digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Accounting-related qualification or background (e.g., B.Com, CA Inter, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
Experience in transformation, process improvement, or operational efficiency roles.
Certifications in Six Sigma or other process optimization frameworks are a plus.
Strong interest in automation, digital tools, and driving change.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Highly Valued Skills

Prior experience in banking, financial services, product control, or valuations.
Exposure to coding or technology tools such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, VBA, or automation platforms.
