Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive databases of projects, developers, investors, and market participants.
Track and document new project launches, pricing trends, inventory levels, absorption rates, and transaction-related information.
Collect, update, and maintain real estate market data across key segments, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial & warehousing, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
Monitor commercial real estate developments, covering tenant movements, rental trends, floor-wise stacking, other charges, and capital value updates.
Assist in conducting market surveys and support the preparation of reports, charts, maps, and market presentations.
Perform data analysis using Excel and contribute to the creation of market insights and client-ready deliverables.
Track land transactions, auctions, and occupier movements across the region.
Address internal data-related queries and provide timely and accurate inputs to stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

1- 2 years of experience in real estate market data collection or research, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Chennai/Tamil Nadu real estate market dynamics and key stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
