Job Description

Greetings for the Day!!!

We are looking for a Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Noida having experience into Argus Enterprise

Exp: 2+Years

CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Location: Greater Noida

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Argus files regularly.
Manage data related to tenant rent rolls, expenses, leasing assumptions, and capital items.
Support quarterly valuation processes with timely Argus updates.
Generate summary and comparison reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the acquisitions team in underwriting prospective deals.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Real Estate concepts and theory.
Proficiency in Argus; knowledge of Oracle and Yardi is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to learning and delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

ERP experience.
Understanding of real estate valuation challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with SLA/KPI processes.
Experience in statutory reporting and bank reconciliations.
