Analyst/ Sr Analyst - Advisory Services

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the growth and operations of our advisory business. This position entails leading the execution of real estate advisory assignments, facilitating business development initiatives, and representing Colliers in client meetings and presentations.

Role & responsibilities

• Primary Responsibility: Execute and oversee the delivery of assignments.
• Secondary Responsibility: Provide support for business development and collections.
• Represent Colliers Advisory to clients during presentations and business development pitches.
• Maintain a clear understanding of client objectives and identify their needs.
• Develop business models and financial projections informed by market dynamics and clients business contexts.
• Articulate and present reports and deliverables to clients effectively.
• Conduct research on specific industry sectors, markets, and competitors utilizing both secondary sources and primary interactions.
• Enhance knowledge of key industry players on both the investment and development sides of real estate.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment within the real estate industry and its implications for specific businesses.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership experience, and the ability to
• clearly articulate and communicate complex ideas. Exhibit collaborative team spirit, capable of working effectively with others.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the Real Estate Consulting Industry is required.
• Expertise in financial analysis and an understanding of market trends
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for the development of pitches, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
